RS. 10 MILLION ACCIDENTAL HEALTH INSURANCE COVER

Local Cover

• Up to Rs. 2,000,000 for hospitalization within Sri Lanka and for follow – up treatment overseas where necessary due to a road traffic accident involving the insured Three-wheeler.

Overseas Cover (Whilst Traveling Overseas)

• Rs. 2,000,000 for hospitalization due to medical emergency whilst traveling overseas

Or

• Rs. 4,000,000 for hospitalization due to accidents whilst traveling overseas
• Rs. 2,000,000/ personal accident cover in case of permanent disablement or death whilst traveling overseas

MAJOR ILLNESS COVER (under “Saneepai” Benefit)

Rs.,100,000/= for 20 no. of Major Illnesses

REPLACE WITH A NEW THREE-WHEELER IN THE EVENT OF A TOTAL-LOSS

If a Three Wheel is condemned due to an accident within 5 years from the date of manufacture,
we will replace with a new Three-Wheeler with same features (excluding fire damages)

CASH GRANT IN THE EVENT OF AN ACCIDENT REPAIR

If accident repair duration exceeds 4 days, a cash grants of Rs 750/- per day up to a maximum of 7 days

For one child (benefit offered under CHP) cash grant for medical and surgical treatment as an in-patient.

Private Hospital / Nursing Home –

Third Party property damage up to Rs. 200,000/- and bodily injury-unlimited

Death or total permanent disablement to the insured due to an accident involving the insured
three-wheeler, Rs.200,000/= ( Up to 55 yrs Only )
